This job is 5 days a week for 8 hours with a two-hour break (totaling 6 working hours per day). You can arrange your rest time as you like (for example: 3 hours work + 2 hours break + 3 hours work). Adhering to the schedule is important for us, as several people are involved in the processes, and equipment cannot sit idle, as this incurs additional costs for us.
We do not disclose our models' incomes. However, we do not forbid you from sharing and discussing your earnings, but that is solely your right. First and foremost, it depends on the model's activity, but let's just say, salaries are no less than in the IT segment.
We have no penalties at all. All earned money remains yours in any case, even in the event of agreement violations. In the worst case, we simply no longer work with you.
We pay money once a week by any method convenient for you. If necessary, we can pay on the same day (in this case, we charge a 5% commission for the payment aggregator).
Yes, you can work with us short-term under the "vacation and earn" model. Our studio is located near the Adriatic Sea. You can work under this model for at least 4 hours a day and at least 3 days a week, subject to equipment availability. Send us an inquiry with your desired dates to get information on equipment availability and time.
Casual. We maintain a friendly atmosphere. We joke a lot, eat delicious food. Since we work among people, it is important for us not to burn out, primarily from communicating with each other. So just be yourself, we are all here to earn money and feel psychologically good.
There are two options. In the first, you rent accommodation yourself. In the second, we can provide you with a room in the studio (in this case, we deduct the room rental cost at market price at the end of the month). The first option is perfect for those who prefer to live alone on their own terms and just come to work. The second option is suitable if you need accommodation right now, until you decide to move to your own place.
From our side, yes. You can always choose which countries to work for and where you will be prohibited from being seen. But let's be honest, anything that goes online cannot be guaranteed to be anonymous. Don't believe those who guarantee your anonymity, the world is more complex. For example, someone might record the screen, and later it might end up on the internet for any reason, and no one can influence that. Is it bad? We think not, streaming work has long become mainstream and is no longer condemned as it was just 10 years ago. The world is changing very quickly, and we try to change with it.
We understand and approve. We do everything to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. We can provide a video demonstration of the workplace and a guided tour of the studio. Additionally, we sign a non-disclosure agreement and strictly adhere to a privacy policy. We strictly observe the principle of clear boundaries of what is permissible in accordance with the model's comfort. The right to refuse any actions without negative consequences is fundamental.
We can meet outside the studio for a cup of coffee, where we will tell you everything you are interested in about us (and which does not violate the boundaries of other models). You can also come to us with a trusted person, there are no problems with that. And when starting work, you can simply be an observer to get acquainted with the process and start with the simplest formats.
Yes. The conditions are the same as for female models, the income is divided equally between the two of you, but the earnings can also be significantly higher.
